You might find it strange that I am not going to say that the place to start is by spending daily time with God. The first place to start is to examine your heart. You could go to the very best churches in the world, sit under the teaching of the most holy and gifted pastors and even read the Bible every day, but if your heart is not right, none of it matters. Satan himself knows God’s word better than we do and He has met with God face to face. He believes in God, but He does not love Him nor care to recognize Him as the God of his life. 

Here is the key question for your heart. Do you love God and recognize Him as the God of your life? If you do, this book will greatly help you find the way to relate to Him and hear from Him every day. If you do not, you need to determine for your life what you really want and who (or what) you want to be the Lord of it. I hope and pray that you seek God and He shows you the tremendous love and plan He has for you and you choose to follow but the choice is up to you. Even God himself will not force you to believe in or follow Him.

Don’t start with daily activity, start right now with deciding if you love God enough to trust Him to lead your life. If you do, spending daily time with Him will make all the difference in the world and for the rest of your life. If you don’t feel you know God, love him or trust Him enough to lead your life, I pray that you would seek for truth for your life and as God reveals it, you will find a loving Father that has the perfect plan for your life.
